Kuki Hojicha is a gently roasted Japanese-style green tea made primarily from tea stems (kuki), rather than leaves. Through careful roasting, the stems develop a warm, nutty character with naturally low caffeine, making this tea exceptionally smooth and comforting.
The infusion brews a clear amber-brown with inviting aromas of toasted grain, roasted nuts, and soft caramel. On the palate, it is mellow and rounded, offering notes of biscuit and cocoa with minimal astringency and a clean, lingering finish.
Balanced and soothing, Kuki Hojicha is well suited for evening drinking, wellness menus, and milk-based café beverages.
