This technique slows photosynthesis and concentrates amino acids, resulting in a tea that bridges the freshness of sencha with the richness of gyokuro.

Grown in Mie’s fertile tea fields, the leaves develop a deep green colour and yield a clear, jade-hued infusion. Aromas of fresh sea breeze, tender greens, and soft umami rise from the cup.
